weekend's story....again

weekend datang lagi.......this week we have family day at Mukah Beach again, but this time at different spot...they call it stone beach..i think that was named bcoz of the stone wall there. the weather is so and so..sometimes its very hot..then its  cool with the wind blowing around..just nice for the outdoor games. as usual the lecturers comes with their pot luck...except me...heeeheeehee....this time i just bring myself, body and soul.. :)
As the closing xtvts for this semester, we had cultural night event at DKU on that night. the event was fulls with the jtmk student's performances. there are acoustic songs, dances, and dance again with a mask! i am really enjoy the 1st dance by first semester student...joget kelate.... :)

 On sunday afternoon, i tried to make laksa lemak which the recipe i got from my dear uncle google. i had followed the recipe step by step carefully from the start. it was ok actually, then when the time its flows in my mouth, there is something missing....its taste more to masak lemak rather than laksa lemak!!why??why??


this is what its look likes in my bowl....see....the gravy itself doesnt look like the real kuah laksa lemak yg sepatutnya keruh..its clear my dear....the kuah was overcooked!  so, bak kata orang "santan dah pecah minyak"






Today is my friend;s birthday also....both of them were  born on 29 september....but different year....they are sooooo lucky bcoz i accidentally update my blog on their birthday, so i more time...happy birthday to both of you...May Allah bless us always....and so do our froendship......

aku dan animasi.

26/9 - 27/9

untuk DUA hari ni kamek join kursus Adobe Flash....dah lama rasanya tinggal, ni nak refresh balik. Mana la tau kan ada rezeki dpt tukar nanti kena ajar flash semula....haahaaaa...berangan tak sudah. oleh kerana diri ini memang minat multimedia, maka rasa sekejap jer masa berlalu dlm kursus tu..x sempat nk mengantuk pun. tapi memang byk la dah lupa walaupun yang diajar cuma basic flash saje..jari jemari pun tidak lagi selembut dulu, kaku jer bila nak edit picture... :(
Tarikh untuk java workshop pun dah confirm, hampa lagi harapan aku, ingatkan buat la sblm raya mcm yg 1st hari tu, tgk2 lepas raya da....hancur plan nak balik kampung.....eh! balik bandar...heeheee... mmg susah kan nk handle kursus bila melibatkan banyak poli..so, redha jer la...at least blh balik semenanjung pun dah kira ok sgt kan.
comei x kucing yg aku lukis ni??aku lukis sendiri tau...tapi tekap dari gbr la...berpinau-pinau mata menekap gambar kucing ni. walaupun nampak mcm agak senang, tp sebenarnya menuntut kesabaran yg amatlah tinggi.
ni pulak salah satu teknik utk animate pergerakan kereta. bukan saja keta tu bergerak, tayar pun berpusing skali..nak upload kat cni...tp xtau mcm mana....
 petang ni perjumpaan bulan september pulak...xtau la depa nak membebel apa lagi...layan jer la.... :)

sila tgk di bawah katil sebelum tidur!

The following morning Guy even perched on the edge of his bed organising his day - unaware of the fact that the giant beast lay just behind his dangling feet


The 40-year-old was only alerted to the bizarre scenario when he was enjoying some breakfast in the kitchen and heard the petrified screams of a housemaid. Guy, who is a director at Humani, ran back to his room and was horrified to discover the enormous crocodile nestled under his bed.

"Catching and securing a croc of any size on land is a fairly straight forward affair and we are experienced in that," explained Guy. "The only real danger is getting bitten because it can't drown you. The most important thing is to get its snout roped and secured and then it's just a matter of restraining it and covering its eyes, to calm it down."

Guy was forced to call in some of his co-workers who helped remove the crocodile from its new lair and release him back into Humani's Chigwidi dam.

The crocodile came from the Turgwe River which is a couple of kilometres from the house. They often wander about the bush especially when it's cold and raining. He probably liked under the bed because it was warm.

Bingka Labu Sally

22 sept 2013
xtvt hujung minggu yg penuh dgn acara masak memasak...dari cekodok oat, laksa penang, hingga lah ke bingka labu aka bengkang labu bak kata org utara...satu2nya resepi yg x pernah aku buat sepanjang hidup di dunia...keluar tadi beli labu yg dah dipotong2, ingat nak buat serawa, tp dah pernah buat sblm ni..godek2 en.google jmpa la resepi bingka labu ni...nampak mcm sedap...x salah mencuba kan.tapi xder la ikut 100% resepi yg dibagi tu. ikut bahan yg ada pada waktu kejadian sahaja...derhaka lagi satu resepi..heeeheeheeee

i beli labu yg dah siap potong...so x pyh susah2 nak kupas lagi..balik terus rebus aje.
lebih kurang mcm ni la bentuk bingka yg i buat tu...tp sedikit hangit di bhgn bawah..nyum...nyum....blh buat lagi ni..
buah labu ni mmg antara favorite aku jgk (apa la yg aku x suka kan....)...buat cekodok aku makan...buat serawa aku makan...lepat....sayur lemak dgn daun asin2...fuhhh...mmg terangkat la beb...laaaaa...ada yg xtau ka daun asin2 tu mcm mana??ada org panggil daun kecur manis...ada jgk yg panggil daun pucuk manis..sama jer spesisnye.
bagi yg xtau, ni nak bgtau...mcm ni rupanye pokok pucuk manis @ asin2...mmg sedap dibuat sayur lemak dgn labu atau ubi keledek. kalau buat daun ni saja pun mmg dah sedap...sesuai dgn nama dia, mmg manis jer daun ni bila jadi sayur. dulu aku suka main2 dgn bunga pokok ni...bunga dia kecik jer, konon2 letak kat telinga buat subang...haahaaa..nampak dah kreatif.... :)
pucuk manis ni biasanya buat sayur lemak putih...tapi kalau nak diet tu buat sayur air saja pun dah ok...letak ikan bilis @ udang ckit, dah siap.....nyum...nyum.....

This makes it one of the last places on the planet to experience sundown, and the undeveloped landscape makes it one of the most beautiful. Pictured here is the view from Kiribati’s Phoenix Islands, a name whose origins have been lost to history. At the end of the day, however, the name seems especially appropriate for the embodiment of this fiery sunset and its mythological counterpart.

Nasi Beriani Ala Chelva

Masa bulan puasa hari tu kan pernah post psl nasi beriani yg dibuat sendiri oleh staf jabatan..alaa....nasi beriani yg sedap sangat tu...siap ada hiasan telur rebus keliling dulang...sebenarnya i dah amik resepi tu dr empunya tukang masak. konon2 nak try la buat masa balik raya hari tu...tp tiap hari pun ada mcm2 makanan, maka mmg resepi ni terlipat sepi jer dlm blog nih. kononnyer nak tayang resepi sekali dgn hasil air tgn kita, tp x jadi2 membuatnyer. so, apa kata jenguk2 dulu resepinya..ada jodoh kita tayang pulak yg kita masak..heeehheeeheee....

Bahan-bahan

1 kilo ayam (ambil bhgn isi, cth : drumstick)
Beras basmati 3.5 mug (sukatan air : 1 mug beras = 1.5 mug air) - rendam 1/2 jam dan toskan.
Bawang besar 6 biji - potong dadu
Buah tomato 4 biji - potong dadu
Cili hijau 5/6 biji
kulit kayu manis


Bahan A
Yogurt Nestle (natural flavour)
Serbuk ketumbar - 1 sudu besar
Serbuk Jintan Manis - 1 sudu besar
Serbuk Jintan Putih - 1 sudu besar
Serbuk lada hitam - 1 sudu besar
Serbuk cili - 1 sudu besar
Sedikit serbuk kunyit
Halia kisar - 4 sudu besar
cili padi 2 biji - tumbuk/kisar
bawang putih - 4 sudu besar
bawang merah kecil 5 biji - kisar

Bahan B
Bayleaf - 3 helai
Bunga lawang - 3 kuntum
Bunga cengkih - 1 kuntum
Buah pelaga - 1 biji

Bahan C
1. Ayam + Bahan A + sedikit garam - peram 1 jam
2. Panaskan minyak sapi (QBB)
3. Tumis Bahan B + 3/4 bawang besar + cili hijau + tomato
4. Masukkan ayam yg sudah diperap dan masak hingga naik bau
5. Tutup api dan ketepikan dulu.

Cara Memasak
1. Panaskan minyak sapi.
2. Tumis kulit kayu manis + bawang besar
3. Masukkan beras dan goreng sampai beras jadi warna putih susu.
4. Masukkan ke dalam rice cooker bersama-sama Bahan C.
5. Tambah air secukupnya.
6. Masukkan 1 kiub pati ayam dan garam secukup rasa.

Cuti Hari Malaysia

weekend plus cuti Hari Malaysia....cuti 3 hari direct...xtau nak pi mana...ada yg ajak gi Labuan, tp nti ambik masa pulak nk recover dr jet lag..nak gi sibu??dah selalu sgt, takut terlebih bosan, kuching??haahaaaa..jauh sgt maa....at last duduk jer kat rmh, xyah gi mana2..byk sgt songehnya kan.. :)
start dr jumaat mlm smpai ler hr isnin, line celcom laju jer...nampak sgt warga pmu ni ramai yg dah outing kan..syok jer aku layan youtube tanpa sangkut2 smpai abis bandwidth..astro pulak buat promo utk sumer channel, apa lagi layan cartoon, national geographic, movie....etc..nasib baik x meletup jer tv tu!
lebih kurang mcm ni ler gayanya bila aku tgk tv..berbagai2 aksi...x caya??mai la tgk tv kat rmh saya..
disebabkan ini la weekend pertama after cuti raya aku ada kt rumah, mmg bermalas-malasan bersungguh-sungguh. terkedang jer memanjang dpn tv tu...bangun bila nk buat benda2 wajib jer, yg optional mmg xmo layan...haahaaa...bosan dgn tv, main2 dgn laptop, tab, hp...apa2 jer lah benda2 laqa yg ada kat rmh tu..best kan..mcm hidup yg xder motif... :)
hari isnin tu last utk isi/update borang tukar kat esis..dua tiga kali masuk esis dok check ayat2 berhantu utk alasan tukar tu..sekali masuk ubah ayat, lps tu masuk ubah lagi....dan lagi....dan lagi...last2 ubah balik ikut yg mula2 karang...hishh....selagi tak tutup xtau la brp kali nak ubah..ntah dibaca ke idaknyer dek org2 di sana..wallahualam....
dah cuti lama tu...try la buat bergedil mcm yg ilham ajar...tp telah di derhaka kan resepinya, maka x blh nak buat bentuk bulat, sory ilham...next time i ikut betul2 resepi u yer....tp rasa mmg sdp la....but, mmg x blh lawan sifu punya bergedil...terbaik!
hari sabtu tu jgk buat nasik lemak....tp sambal udang...ummpppphhh...yummy!
