Resepi Rempah Kari


 Resepi ni dr sorang kwn yg mmg penggemer tegar kari....tq k.ct...

BAHAN-BAHAN

2 sudu besar rempah biji
2 sudu besar jintan manis
1 sudu besar jintan putih
Cili kering 5 – 10 tangkai (ikut tahap pedas yg digemari)
Kunyit hidup >< 2 cm

CARA-CARA NAK PROSES REMPAH

1.       Rendam semua bhn2 di atas dengan air panas lebih kurang 10 – 15 minit.
2.       Tos kan semua bhn2 di dalam penapis.
3.       Panaskan kuali tanpa minyak.
4.       Goreng semua bhn2 tadi (tanpa minyak) sampai rempah bunyi “tit..tit..tit..”
5.       Masukkan bahan2 yg telah digoreng ke dlm blender bersama2 2 sudu minyak masak dan air secukup rasa.
6.       Blend sampai hancur.

CARA-CARA NAK BUAT KARI

1.       Tumbuk 2-3 ulas bawang merah + bawang putih.
2.       Campurkan dan gaul dgn 2-3 sudu rempah tadi.
3.       Masaklah kari anda mengikut cara masing2….

eh!Sedap ke????

Assalamualaikum and salam sejahtera....
kali ni nk cerita psl makanan2 yg agak unik di sarawak....especially di kwsn mukah...heee..heeee...ada beberapa yg i dh pernh rasa...makan, dan ada yg belum lagi sbb kat cni susah nk cari yg halalan toiyiba...dan ada yg mmg x sanggup nk cuba.....


yg ni UMAI...diperbuat drpd ikan mentah + bawang + cili + air limau dan garam....kl ada bhn2 lain xtaulah ambo...sy dh pernh try 2,3 kali....bg sy umai ni mmg sesuai utk pembuka selera sbb ada rasa masam yg best..saya suka....

ini LINUT....di sabah di pgl AMBUYAT, saya x pernh try lagi, tp kwn yg pernh try kata sedap..dibuat dr tepung sagu n cicah dgn kuah yg diletakkan air asam jawa dan....alamak lupa daaa.....sorry....

BUAH DABAI.....blh dimkn dengan nasi or mkn begitu saja...aku dh pernah rasa sikit, tp mmg x kena la dgn selera, bg aku buah ni x sedap sbb mkn dia mcm xder perasaan langsung....x rasa apa2.....

BUAH MENGKALAK....mmg selalu ada di pasar...aku rasa buah ni xder musim...memanjang ada jer...aku pun xtau buah ni nk mkn mcm mana....nk kena masak dulu ke...bila tny org yg jual depa x phm apa aku kata, aku pun x phm apa depa habaq....haru...

ini GULA APONG....rasa dia ala2 gula melaka or gula gerek....cara guna pun lebih kurang sama saja...utk buat kuih dan dimasukkan sbg penambah perisa di dalam masakan.

KEK LAPIS SARAWAK...yg ni aku rasa semua tau kan....

LAKSA SARAWAK ni aku pernh mkn kat Laksa SHack....yg dkt mukah ni blm pernah lagi...x rasa nk mkn pun...

sayur MIDIN....adik kpd pucuk paku, sbb dia baby lagi so nama dia lain...biasanya dimasak goreng belacan mcm kangkung goreng belacan, rasa pun ada sedikit mcm kangkung....blh la....

TEBALOI ni dibuat dr sagu jgk....rasa dia pun mcm xder perasaan....aku x suka...family aku pun x suka....tp ada kwn kat PSP yg sgt sukaaaaa......

MULONG ni pun memanjang jer ada kat psr mukah tu.....org Islam x blh mkn tau, HARAM.

sekali pandang mcm lada putih kan....tp inilah SAGOO.....blh mkn terus jer...rasa ala2 xder perasaan jgk.

TERUBUK MASIN.....i like....

so, setakat ni jer la dulu JJCM kali ni, kalau ada lg mknn tradisional dr cni kita update lain kali pulak yer....bye...

exam oh exam

a very busy week, kena jaga exam hari sabtu dan ahad, PKK kena htr dlm mg ni jgk la....FRP pun kena semakan mg ni jgk....XCompile lagi...marking paper lagi....dan yg paling penting FLIGHT TICKET awal2 lagi dah beli...haaa....haaaaa....mau cuti maaa.....

tp jaga exam kat cni best jgk....kl sblm ni paling kurang pun kena jaga 4 kali....jrg sgt la, slalu aku mmg kena jaga lebih punya....tp kat cni kena jaga 2 kali jer....al-maklum ler bil stud yg x brp ramai. Tempat exam pun semata2 di dewan serbaguna, xder dah tempat lain. Tu pun bknnyer penuh 1 dewan....3/4 jer ruang yg digunakan....

suasana di DSG semasa exam hari ahad yg lalu.....kusyuk jer semua menjawab...
 Hari pertama exam (Sabtu) TPA dtg buat spot check.....tergezut jgk aku, ingat dia mai buat apa, rupa2 nyer dok remind kami2 yg kena jaga hr mg ni suruh thumb-in and thumb-out mcm biasa. Bukan apa, senang nak claim cuti ganti nanti..heee....heee....
Dalam2 dok pesan tu hari Ahad aku LUPA thumb-out!!!pg isnin tu baru ingat...x psl2 kena buat surat tunjuk sebab....rugi woooooooo....aku x rela cuti ku di 'cut'...duduk jauh2 ni cuti amatlah berharga...kira mcm blh gaduh la kl kerani silap kira baki cuti rehat, heee...heeee.....acah jer....:)

hari Ahad pulak Pengarah sendiri turun dewan, audit utk exam...tgh syok2 aku dok melayan perasaan kt kerusi blkg, tiba2 dia mai ddk sblh aku....nasib la aku cpt sedar...mau nyer x perasan, ntah aksi apa ler yg aku buat nanti...malu siottttt....
sempat jgk ler kami berposing2 di dlm dewan sambil2 jaga exam tu.....nk hilangkan boring....

gbr ini tiada kena mengena dgn entry di atas, hanya contengan kebosanan semasa meeting jbtn berlangsung...

A Rickshaw Driver's Life


Rickshaw worker in India forced to take one-month-old baby to work after wife dies after giving birth 
 
 
These are the heart-wrenching images of an Indian rickshaw worker who has been forced to take his newborn baby to work because there is no-one available to look after her.
 
Bablu Jatav has been carrying his one-month-old daugher, Damini, in a cloth sling around his neck since his wife Shanti died shortly after giving birth to her.
 
The devoted dad, 38, said he was now forced to take the baby to work with him in Bharatpur city everyday because he has no other relatives to care for her.

In another cruel twist baby Damini was rushed to hospital in Jaipur city earlier this week after she
 
Became critically ill .
 
She was in intensive care after being admitted with septicaemia, anemia and severe dehydration.
 
Luckily the newborn baby girl is now on the mend and said to be in a stable condition. 
 
'Shanti died soon after delivering the baby at the hospital on September 20.'said Mr Jatav.
 
'Since then there has been no-one to look after my daughter, I keep her with me even when I pull my rickshaw.
 

Bablu Jatav was married to his wife for 15 years before she passed away after giving birth to their daughter
 
'We had this baby after 15 years of our marriage, my wife was so happy when we were blessed with a daughter, but it is very sad she passed away.'
 
Mr Jatav has been overwhelmed by offers of help after his story emerged and it is believed the Indian authorities are now stepping in to help Mr Jatav after hearing of his plight.

cerita eiduladha part 1

1st time memasak sendirian utk sambutan aidiladha. Pertama kali jgk try msk rendang nogori 9…heee…heee….jadi ler jgk wpun x sama mcm yg org sana buat.. Sblm mkn2 posing dulu….biasa ler, wpun most of the dish adalah yg segera, tp nk jgk tayang kat blog ni…korang Nampak kea pa yg aku masak???haaa…haaa….dan korang tau ker saper yg amik gbr aku yg homel homel tu??? Tungguuuuu……
Ini xboss aku dr psp-k.ros…..beliau ler yg dtg beraya dgn aku di mukah ni…kebetulan dia observed stud area borneo, so alang2 dh ada kat cni, terus la dtg beraya dgn aku…lg pun dia dh janji, kl aku x blk raya dia akan dtg raya d cni…so, kiranya kdtgn k.ros ke cni sbg menepati janji la….heee…heee……tqvm k.ros sbb sudi teman sal beraya kat cni, luv u sooooo much!!!muaahhh!! Haaaa……beliau lah yg amik gbr aku di atas…..pandai kan beliau???shomel lote jer gbr aku…fotogediks lagi…  Semua mknn tu aku masak masa pagi raya, so mkn lambat ckit la. Dalam t.hr baru ler pegi beraya ke rmh member yg senasib dgn aku (sama2 kena campak ke pmu sbb mintk tkr poli….kesian kan???)hsbn dia masak nasi kerabu…..si hanan ni pulak msk rending, ketupat…..dan yg paling best ada kek coklat n koktel…my favourite…heeee…heeeee….. Lepas tu terus bergerak ke rmh Afifah…..parent dia masak mee……mee apa ntah aku dh lupa la pulak nama dia….tu la lama sgt baru nk cerita…lupa abis semua…. Sebelah mlm baru ler geng2 semua pakat dok mai beraya ke rmh….ramai jgk la yg dtg wpun aku msk x seberapa…riuh rendah rmh dgn gelagat anak2 depa….xler aku rasa sunyi sgt…teringat anak2 menakan aku di semenanjung…….
